I crack down on fake products of Chucky_BF in the scammer section of DF yesterday and now his account on DF was banned
Let tell you the details about this Data

this data from xkeyscore data sharing group as i told u know url:login:pass format probably extracted from stealer logs and one of large collection they have in project just parsed 'paypal' or 'paypal.com' results from all

and this is the screenshot of that selling thread


the struct of this data is URL:USER:PASS its a kind of stealer log
even he said there's Android Mobile URLS just like this

no company will save such format data in their DB
even this log is not from him, he stole this from other's repo and tried to sell

What I want to say is, this guy will steal other's DB and resell them, what he sold is all public shit
this kind of people dont know how to hack a system but resell data
he stole all of our dbs that we have published for free, and resell them
if you want to report this kind of people, they will tell you "this's my data u reseller"

That doesn't really mean anything. I don't think anyone believes (or hopefully not) that companies store data in a ULP format, it's just how it comes out after the usual tools have processed the data

Because its just like you said its just how it comes out.u can dump it as any format no matter is plu lup pul
I mean the mobile phone uri in his data is impossible to be saved in db. So it can proof that this data is from stealer log
