You should add more information to this post if you want to attract sellers.

1. What type of databases, what type of data are you looking for.
2. What payment methods are you offering, xmr only, btc, any crypto, etc?
3. price being negotiable and based off what data is found is fine, but you should at least give some idea of what your looking for, how much your generally willing to pay, etc. "payment high" means nothing, there are people on here who won't work for anything less then thousands and people who would do deranged shit for a quick 20.
4. What do you mean long term partner needed, that's not explanatory at all. either include some basic information about the partnership, or make it clear that an offer with more information will be provided after getting access to the databases.
5. if you are going after that site specifically you should put the site in the title not a general "german" theres countless DE breches daily. the more specific you can make a post like this the better.
