The Hollywood Hair chain of salons (https://hollywoodhair.pl) a provider of luxury beauty and hair extension services with active branches in Poland, Spain, and the UK.
"We have professionally contacted senior management and the IT department of Hollywood Hair through several secure communication channels to give them an opportunity to resolve this security breach amicably and prevent a legal disaster. Our policy has always been based on transparency and reciprocal cyber practices.
However, the management of this collection, with complete irresponsibility towards the privacy of customers and employees, refused to cooperate and fulfill financial obligations. They have decided to cover up and act as if nothing has happened.
As a reminder to the managers of this company and for public awareness, we currently have full ownership of the following data:
Identity information of VIP and regular customers (40,137 records): Including full name, phone number, email, exact physical address, and text information of Polish national ID codes (PESEL).
Complete system and server logs: Including technical logs of transactions, detailed appointment history, reservation status, and system details of user and admin logins and logouts.
Database of legal documents and contracts: Including file paths, physical images of signatures, and PDF files of agreements that were on cloud servers.
Personnel information of employees: List of senior stylists and beauticians along with home address, phone number, and text details of employment contracts.
Start of the 10-day countdown (final deadline):
We are not into pointless games. Due to management's refusal to resolve this case, a non-extendable 10-day deadline (until October 18, 2026) is set for this company.
If no ransom is paid during these 10 days: This entire valuable information package, including national codes and sensitive system logs, will be sold to the highest bidder to document forgery gangs, competitors, and dark web buyers.
Samples of national codes (PESEL), addresses, technical logs, and signature images of the company's luxury customers are now placed below this post as proof for public download and media review.
To the managers of Hollywood Hair: The heavy GDPR fines of the European Union and the collective lawsuits of your angry customers due to the leakage of their national code information are much higher than the amount we asked you to close this case. Your time is running out from this moment."
