RISESOCIETY - Bolivian Hacktivist

English

This data breach is a clear example of how the IT systems of government agencies have deplorable security measures, which in most cases puts civilians at risk.
This leak was also released as a form of protest against the Bolivian prison system, which is in complete decline due to corruption not only among inmates but
also within the authorities themselves—who are supposed to ensure our safety, yet our police force is the most corrupt and harmful to our society.
This is just a glimpse of what we have and are capable of doing.

FUCK GOV!!
