Hi forum, as some of you people remember, a few years ago I hacked into C5 Hidalgo's systems and posted a ton of information about it. Like I said at that time, we placed a ton of backdoors so we could use their systems whenever we want and we still are. Just for business reasons but today, we are offering access to one of their most advanced systems.

This is their top monitoring system, which centralizes all of the state's alert methods so dispatchers can work every case possible. The system records every bit of data possible, such as call audio, gps location of the incident, full name of every people involved, their address, data, etc. Also a set of coordinates of where exactly did it happened and how it was handled and by WHO.








You can:

    - Watch in alerts in real time
    - Status of the alert in real time
    - Every piece of information from the incident
    - The exact patrol number/s that are assignated to that incident
    
CRITICAL:

    - Create false reports
    - Assign patrols to true or false incidents and locations
    - Cancel the assignation of a patrol to an incident

Basically you can control every dispatch of every kind of law enforcement department in Hidalgo. Also abuse a ton of their third party softwares like Carbine, impersonating Hidalgo C5.
