We also possess internal, operational, and commercial documents from Overcome, the company that owns Eleonor.mx. They have not disclosed the incident publicly, although they have been aware of it since May 26. To their customers they attribute the recent instability of their services to internal software updates — a convenient explanation that obscures a darker motive: fear of losing their license and exposure for unlawful negligence. We have evidence suggesting they illegally sold patient and physician data to IQVIA and other companies. If authorities learn the truth, Overcome would risk losing its operating license and all associated businesses — both the medical records platform and the illicit data sales. Rather than face that scrutiny, they deliberately prioritized monetizing sensitive information over security; this neglect is what allowed us to gain access. Now, in contrast, we offer these data to the market in a way more honest and transparent.
