How it works:
Sending:

• Takes your private key, recipient address, amount, and selected currency
  
• Creates an ERC-20 transfer transaction with 3 Gwei gas price (deliberately low - the code notes this keeps transactions "stuck forever")
  
• Signs and broadcasts the transaction to Ethereum mainnet
  

Canceling:

• Replaces the last transaction by sending a 0-value transaction to yourself
  
• Uses 50% higher gas price to override the pending transaction
