Not all users are affected (only a small portion)
According to Vercel:
The incident stemmed from a third-party compromise (Context.ai)
OAuth tokens from Google Workspace were misused
Login access was through employee accounts
So this is called a supply-chain/third-party breach, not a direct attack on Vercel's servers.
